**Shipping** will be adjusted and refunded based on the quantity in order and the distance from our shop.
Local pickup can be requested and money for shipping will be refunded in full. Shipping time frame on all calls are determined by availability of supplies to produce each call or what is already in stock. So please be patient. We are working to fill your orders as quick as possible.
If you need a call by a certain date, give us a call. Our calls are handmade and not mass produced.
